Returns

We accept returns on most new, unopened, and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible returns must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in original packaging.

  • All accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included.

  • The item must not be damaged, used, or altered.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened printer ink cartridges or toner

  • Software or digital downloads

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@fastgadgetsetup.com with your order number.

  2. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide shipping instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.


Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was shipped in error or damaged.

  • If the return is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.


Cancellations

Order Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if they have not yet shipped.

  • If the order has already shipped, you will need to initiate a return once the item arrives.

Backordered Items:

  • If an item you purchased is on backorder, you may cancel your order at any time before it ships for a full refund.


Damaged or Defective Items

  2. Provide photos of the item and packaging.

  3. We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
